Requirements:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation, retention, and satisfaction of course participants
- Monitor course-related social media channels and discussion forums, and respond to questions and comments in a timely manner
- Hosting webinars and conducting trainings
- Making Videos and Creating Content for Community Engagement
- Handle the learner's and Telegram Community
- Build relationships with course participants and foster a sense of community among learners through regular communication and engagement activities
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, and proactively communicate key updates and announcements to course participants
- Collaborate with the course instructor and other team members to create and execute promotions and contests to drive engagement and participation
- Act as an advocate for our learners, collecting feedback and insights to inform future course offerings and improvements
- Measure and report on engagement metrics and use insights to continuously improve our community engagement efforts
