You will also build marketing programs and campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on marketing metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution and results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Create and oversee the execution of marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising, and content marketing.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee brand development and maintenance to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Manage brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing materials.
  3. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and email.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  7. Product Marketing : Develop & execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs
