Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing principles, and SEO practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise product descriptions.
5. Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
7. Passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of the MENZE brand (a plus).
Job Description
1. Manage all aspects of MENZE's e-commerce operations, including website, online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), and social media commerce channels.
2. Oversee product listings, pricing strategy, and inventory management across all e-commerce platforms.
3. Create engaging product descriptions, compelling visuals, and effective marketing campaigns to promote MENZE products online.
4. Process online orders, handle customer inquiries and complaints related to e-commerce purchases, and ensure timely and efficient customer service.
5. Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
