Overview: The Script Writer is responsible for writing engaging, informative, and educational scripts for YouTube videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Social Media culture and trends, as well as the ability to write for a variety of audiences along with prior experience as a scriptwriter, copywriter, or content writer, with a specific focus on YouTube content.
Mandate: Must have good command over Hindi and English language.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to generate original and innovative ideas for video concepts and formats
- Create an initial framework, or treatment, for screenplays
- Write scripts that are engaging, informative, and educational
- Meet with the Social Media team to pitch screenplays and ideas
- Proficiency in conducting thorough research on various topics to gather accurate and relevant information
- Ability to synthesize information and present it in an easy-to-understand and entertaining manner
- Openness to receiving feedback and incorporating it into script revisions
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for YouTube videos
- Creating storyboards for each scene in the script, including character descriptions, camera angles, and other visual elements
- Stay up-to-date on Social Media trends and best practices
