Job Location: Sector 16, Noida (work from office)

Education Qualification: Graduate in relevant field

Experience: 0-2 Years

Requirements:

  • Greet and welcome customers online who have enrolled for the course
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Provide basic and accurate information on calls
  • Should have Good communication skills 
  • Should be polite and have positive attitude to resolve any issue 
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues/query arise 
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude & should be able to handle 80-100 call in a day
