Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Affiliate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with affiliates, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the success of the affiliate program, while fostering strong relationships and providing valuable insights to continually improve performance.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in affiliate marketing or a similar sales/marketing role. Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in affiliate marketing software, CRM tools, and performance tracking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Affiliate Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and meeting targets. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across a wide range of niches and industries. Design and execute innovative incentive programs and promotional strategies to motivate affiliates and foster long-term partnerships.
  2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor affiliate performance, assessing ROI and campaign success. Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend actionable improvements. Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates, offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and campaign success.
  3. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with affiliates to ensure loyalty and sustained success. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with affiliates to create effective and compelling marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  4. Strategic Planning: Align affiliate marketing strategies with broader company objectives and marketing initiatives to ensure synergy. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., content, design, product) to support affiliate needs and ensure consistency in messaging and offers.
  5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics and actionable insights for leadership. Manage the affiliate marketing budget, tracking expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources and effective return on investment
