Admin Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, maintain a productive work environment, and support the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Operations:

    • Oversee and streamline daily administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Implement and improve office procedures, systems, and policies.
  2. Team Management:

    • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads.
  3. Facility Management:

    • Maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  4. Vendor & Budget Management:

    • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
    • Monitor and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  5. Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to administrative operations.
    • Maintain accurate records, including contracts, licenses, and documentation.
  6. Event and Meeting Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
    • Provide logistical support for cross-departmental initiatives.
  7. Crisis Management:

    • Handle emergencies related to office operations, such as IT or facility issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
