Office Assistant

Job Location: Sector 16, Noida

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s from Secretarial College or in Admin/Coordination

Experience: 1-2 Years.

Age: 22 – 28 Years.

Overview: To be the Office Assistant to undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for the management and to ensure the efficient and effective running of their daily business.

Requirement:

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Should possess excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Email Writing, Calendar management, Data Management, Vendor Management.

  • Arrange a variety of weekly meetings and when required, take accurate notes. Ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken.

  • To undertake additional tasks as directed by the Co-Founder

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

  • Preferably good with shorthand/typing speed
