All attendees must register for the event in advance. (Buy tickets)

Admission to the event is strictly based on registration. No walk-ins will be permitted. (Tickets will be shared on the registered email id)

Attendees must present a valid ID matching the registration details upon entry.

Respect for all attendees, staff, and property is mandatory.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event. Bizgurukul won’t be liable for any mishappening.

Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to the use of drugs or alcohol consumption and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.

All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry.

Any items deemed dangerous or prohibited by event staff will be confiscated.

Failure to comply with security measures may result in denial of entry or removal from the event premises.

Attendees holding tickets priced at ₹499/- , ₹999/- and ₹1499/- will have separate entry lines and seating areas.

Attendees with tickets priced at ₹499/- will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees with tickets priced at ₹999/- will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees with tickets priced at ₹1499/- will be seated in a reserved bay.

Event staff will guide attendees to the appropriate entry line and seating section based on their ticket category.

Attendees must adhere strictly to their designated entry lines and seating areas as indicated by event staff. Attempting to enter or sit in the wrong section may result in relocation or denial of entry.

All attendees must comply with health and safety guidelines provided by event staff.

Any individual showing symptoms of illness or COVID-19 should take extra precautions.

It is advisable to wear masks at all times indoors, except when actively eating or drinking.

Medical amenities during emergencies are available on-site.

Bizgurukul is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should take necessary precautions to safeguard them.

In the event of an emergency or evacuation, attendees must follow instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.

Emergency exits and evacuation routes will be clearly marked throughout the event venue.

Attendees may participate in BizKarnival and activities provided by Bizgurukul during the event.

Attendees with tickets priced at ₹499/- will have to purchase the BizKarnival coupons separately.

Attendees with tickets priced at ₹999/- will enjoy complimentary access to BizKarnival.

Attendees holding tickets priced at ₹1499/- will enjoy complimentary access to BizKarnival.

Participation is voluntary, and attendees engage in games and activities at their own risk.

Participants must follow all rules and instructions provided by event staff for each game or activity.

Photography and recording of the event are permitted for personal use only.

Commercial or promotional photography/recording requires prior authorization from Bizgurukul.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by Bizgurukul.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to registered attendees via the original payment method.

In the event of any changes in dates or location, attendees will be promptly notified beforehand.

Bizgurukul reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to attendees via email or on the event website.

Attendees agree to comply with all instructions and directives issued by event staff and security personnel.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
